Starting on December 2019 onward, AM Savvy will be an official partner and company host of Student Immersion Program of local schools in Angeles City. This specialized program will cater senior high-school students. AM Savvy as the affiliated company will design and implement active participation by giving meaningful experiences that foster culture in working environment in the future. The goal is to build a future pipeline of talented individuals who are passionate in Advertising, BPO, Information and Technology, Sales and Marketing, Administrative Management, and Business Solutions industry. The wealth of emerging markets will drive creativity and enable them to express and communicate.

HIV SAVVY Awareness Campaign

Through our Human Resources team, we will conduct HIV Awareness Education Program for all employees twice a year. All employees are required to attend the discussion and encouraged to get tested to the nearest medical centers, regardless of sex and cultural background.
We care for our people like a family member and consistently emphasized that "Prevention is better than cure', in such a way that lifestyle and reproductive health should not be compromised.

The happier your employees, the more successful your company - and we strongly exercise this living mantra consistently . At the opening of work shift, our routine would include coffee and happy story conversation, music played on, and the followed by 'opening selfie', which are handpicked every end of the month to be featured in our Facebook page or website. There will be only one winner to be selected based on the 'happy-wacky' pose to win. Winner employee will get a variety novelty item or a gift certificate as reward. With this, we encouraged our employees to always look good and feel good every start of the shift and bring the attitude of a happy-and-savvy vibe everyday.

The case that sparked this campaign is the infamous issue of gender discrimination affecting wages of women employees in various industries, regardless of rank and position occurring globally. Majority of the leaders and founders of AM Savvy are strong and successful women who think big and staunch advocate of women empowerment in the workforce. Thus, we strongly advocate in promoting 'EQUAL GENDER PAY, which means inclusive wage setting, pay equality measure and job promotion. Both women and men competence are valued fairly, enhancing sound decision-making, honoring thoughts and opinions, and welcoming a healthy discussion - in order to foster a culture of progressive growth in diversity and adaptability to change.

We build AM Savvy with strong motivation to give back to the community and provide a meaningful employment to the local people. The ultimate goal of this campaign is to maximize the potential of local businesses who are primary suppliers of our office supplies and operational needs.
Our employees purchased their meals from local vendors and we partnered to local food supplier for dining needs delivering on a daily basis. Packed meals are creatively prepared by farmer households, with a variety of menu to choose from that we are affordable. By consuming fresh and healthy foods, workers can perform better and encouraged to eat healthily as well.

Developing an Eco-conscious company begins on the ground level from daily operations and employees activities in the workplace. From the opening of our first office, we ensure to only use environment-friendly products such as cleaning materials and chemical-free office supplies, the practice of paperless communication and presentation, implementing a creative recycle program, reduced consumption of using plastic and bottled water, conserving energy and minimizing the use of motorized tools.
In order to motivate employees to adhere to 'Eco-savvy' practices, we imposed ' fines program' as our a=way if sanction. Then the collected money will be used to purchased prizes to our company programs for employees.
